Simply Dashing
Here is a simple yet elegant Dasher card that I used for my very first Stamp-a-Stack the other day. My gals really loved this card. And I learned a few things to make my next event go more smoothly. But we ALL had fund! In this card I used Very Vanilla and Early Espresso CS, and the Deck the Halls DSP. Embellished the card with Simple Pearls and Early Espresso Satin Ribbon. We sponged the edges with Early Espresso ink and used the Ticket Corner punch along with the Modern Label and Word Window Punch for the greeting. Hope you like the card!

Here is a Christmas card, again I used the Victoria crochet trim, Antique brad, Early Espresso striped grosgrain ribbon, and the Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper. I used the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set along with Cherry Cobbler, and Early Espresso card stock. I also used Vintage Trinkets, and Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz on the large flower to make it shimmer. ENJOY!

Just another Christmas Card
Well, sorry for the break in cards recently. I have been busy trying to sew two fairy costumes for my girls for Halloween, which is becoming quite the project, and the downside is it has invaded my stamping space! But, I made this simple and cute little Christmas card a few weeks back and thought I better share something again before you guys loose interest, so her it is. Hope you enjoy!

Celebrate World Card Making Day with an Elegant Christmas!
Here is a Christmas card that is a bit more challenging. I used Cherry Cobbler CS for the base, and Deck the Halls DSP. I used the stamp sets; Seasonal Sentiments (Wood Mount #120821 or Clear Mount #12113) from the Holiday Mini Catalog, and Season of Joy (# 110384). The sentiment is stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink on a piece of Kraft CS, I lightly sponged the edges with Always Artichoke, and stamped the swirls in that as well. For the poinsettia I stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink on the Kraft card stock and then I stamped over the image with my VersaMark ink and added some Iridescent Ice Stampin' Emboss Powder and embossed the image before cutting it out. This is what gives it the shimmer! I punched a 1-3/4" Scallop Circle (#119854) out of Always Artichoke CS, and a 1-3/8" Circle out of Early Espresso CS. Using your paper piercer, punch holes around the Scallop Circle and layer these three pieces and pierce a hole in the center. Embellish with and Antique Brad (#117273). To finish the card accessorize with 1-1/4" Early Espresso Striped Grosgrain Ribbon (#119961).

Blue Christmas
This is just another quick and simple Christmas card. I used Serene Snowflakes (#115438) and Four the Holidays (#116921). The base of the card is Marina Mist and matted with Not Quite Navy. The snowflakes are stamped over each other randomly with Bashful Blue, Marina Mist, and Not Quite Navy Ink. I simply accessorized with 3/8" Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon (#109070) and a Clear Rhinestone Brad (#113144). Peace on Earth was stamped in Not Quite Navy ink. Have a great evening and ENJOY!

Christmas Joy
Here is another Christmas card using the Season of Joy (#110384) stamp set. This card is on a Cherry Cobbler base with a piece of the Deck the Halls DSP (#120810) our of the Holiday Mini catalog. The image is stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla card stock and I sponged the edges a bit with the Cherry Cobbler Ink. I accessorized the card with Victoria 5/8" crochet trim (#118481) and a piece of 1-1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon in Early Espresso (#119961), cut in half lengthwise with a few strands unraveled off the edge. And to finish the card I placed an Antique Brad (#117273) on the "o" in Joy. Hope you enjoy!

Rustic Christmas
OK, so this is a pretty simple card that I threw together a couple weeks ago. I used the Season of Joy stamp set on page 33 of the IBC, I love this set, it is simple and elegant. My paper choices were Kraft for the base, a piece of Deck the Halls DSP from the Holiday Mini Catalog on page 18 for the background, and early espresso to mat the tree image which I stamped in always artichoke. I sponged the edges of the DSP and Kraft to get a more rustic look and embellished the card with hemp twine and a rhinestone brad. Enjoy!
